Mr. and Mrs. Gary Lanton of Bensalem, Pa., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Lanton, to Shawn Patrick Gallagher, son of Mr. Hugh Gallagher and Mrs. Margaret Gallagher of Philadelphia.

Lindsay is a 2003 graduate of Bensalem High School and a 2007 graduate of West Chester University. Shawn is a 2002 graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School and is currently pursuing a degree in nursing. The bride-to-be is a teacher in Anne Arundel County and the groom-to-be works in the emergency department at Anne Arundel Medical Center.  A July 2011 wedding is being planned for the couple, who currently reside in Annapolis.
