Locals eagerly watched the progress all summer on Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar, the newest restaurant at Annapolis Towne Centre (ATC) at Parole. Even a light drizzle couldn't keep guests away from the grand opening on Sept. 16.

Paladar is a Latin American restaurant inspired by central and South America, Cuba and the Latin Caribbean. The menu features freshly prepared guacamole, slow roasted and grilled meats, fresh seafood and homemade salsas. The rhythm of Latin Music sets the tone at the rum bar that specializes in mojitos and offers more than 50 selections of rum, plus an extensive wine list.
