LIFESAVING CANCER RESEARCH STUDY TO ENROLL THROUGHOUT ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY  

During the week of June 10^th - 16^th, The American Cancer Society will be enrolling participants for their historic research study Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS-3) at a number of open enrollment locations across Anne Arundel County.

Enrollment is being made possible in partnership with Anne Arundel Medical Center, Living Hope Church and Heritage Community Church. 

(CPS-3) is a voluntary cancer study that gives individuals who have never been diagnosed with cancer the unique opportunity to advance cancer research by actively participating in a study that will help researchers better understand the lifestyle, behavioral, environmental and genetic factors that may cause or prevent cancer. Partcipant's commitment to the study involves completing follow-up surveys every two years over the next 20-30 years.

You may choose to enroll in CPS-3 if:

-You are willing to make a long-term commitment to the study  
-You are between the ages of 30 and 65 years
-You have never been diagnosed with cancer.

If you are a cancer Survivor, we kindly ask that you inform and invite your family and friends to participate in your honor.
