$6,200 in Jewelry, Electronics Stolen From Annapolis Home
Thief takes two diamond rings and two flat screen televisions after breaking in through a kitchen window.
Police say someone broke into an Annapolis home Friday night and stole $6,200 worth of jewelry, clothing and electronics.
Officers responded to a home in the 1000 block of Kensington Way around 2 a.m. on Saturday morning for a report of a burglary.
The woman told police she left the house around 7 p.m. on Friday and returned home to find her living room television missing and glass on her kitchen floor.
She left the house and called police.
When the woman searcher her home with officers she discovered that a Panasonic video camera, a Nikon digital camera, a Vizio 47-inch flat screen television, a Dynex 27-inch flat screen television, four pair of Seven brand jeans, two diamond rings and some costume jewelery were stolen.
Police said the thief or thieves opened the home's back gate and used an unknown object to break the window above the kitchen sink.
