Annapolis Man Stabbed Outside Robinwood Community Center
Police arrested an Annapolis man in connection with the incident.
Police arrested an Annapolis man Thursday night in connection with a stabbing of another man on the 1400 block of Tyler Avenue, according to a press release.
Annapolis police received a call of a reported stabbing at about 10:30 p.m. at the Robinwood Community Rec Center.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 30-year-old man sitting up against the wall of the rec center. Police reported that when they approached him, they saw a wound on his neck, which they believed to be from a stabbing.
The victim was taken to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
After searching the area, police arrested Lionel McDaniel, 28, of Annapolis at about 11:30 p.m. Police charged him with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
He is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center on $400,000 bond.
