Annapolis Police Investigate String of Gas Thefts
WJZ reported that police are looking into at least 12 incidents on West Street.
Annapolis police said they are investigating a string of incidents where someone has drilled holes into the gas tanks of parked vehicles and stolen the gas.
According to a story on WJZ in Baltimore, Annapolis police are looking into at least a dozen similar incidents on West Street. Most of the thefts happened Monday night, according to police.
Patch earlier reported that police had responded to a similar incident of someone drilling into a gas tank in the 1000 block of West Street sometime overnight from Jan. 10-11.
Police warned that the situation could turn dangerous with the friction from the drill igniting the gasoline.

I guess when they catch fire and blow up, then we will find out who the thief was. There are so many idiots out here that don't have a clue. Just watch the show,"1000 Ways to Die" on TV and you will see some really stupid idiots. Maybe this one will make the show !
