Armed Robbery Reported on President Street

Police say an armed robber took $325 from a man walking in the unit block of President Street on Monday night.

 

An Annapolis man was robbed at gunpoint in the unit block of President Street around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, according to Annapolis Police.

The man told police that the assailant approached, displayed a handgun and demanded money. He took $325 from the victim and fled on foot towards the 1100 block of Madison Street.

The investigation is on-going.
