Editor's Pick: Arts and Music Festival at Quiet Waters Park

Celebrate the arts at the park this weekend at the 20th annual festival.

 

As if you need a good reason to head to Quiet Waters Park on the weekend, the 20th annual Arts and Music Festival is on Sept. 25 and Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The two-day family friendly event will showcase fine, decorative and performing arts from the Chesapeake region. You can see the list of exhibitors on the website for the Friends of Quiet Waters. Admission to the park is free both days.

Performances on the Formal Garden Stage

Sept. 25

Neil Harpe at noon
J. Stone Bossa Quartet at 1:45 p.m.
Ginormous at 3:30 p.m.

Sept. 26

Sparks and Raymond at noon
Mac Walter at 1:45 p.m.
Red Wine Jazz at 3:30 p.m.
