Flatscreen Television Stolen From Annapolis Garage

The television was valued at $1,000.

An Annapolis couple awoke on Monday morning to discover that a flat screen television worth $1,000 was stolen from their garage, according to city police.

Officers responded to the home in the 1100 block of August Drive on Monday around 10 a.m. The husband told police that he and wife returned home from vacation on Sunday around 10 p.m. and entered the house through the garage.

The space is used both as a living room and storage area. The husband told police that he left the overhead door open until about 2 a.m. Monday morning when he closed it to go to bed. The lights were off and he didn't notice whether the television was still there.

In the morning, he discovered that someone had ripped his Vizio Gallevia 47-inch LCD television from the wall—only the power cord remained.

Police questioned neighbors who all said they didn't hear or see anything suspicious.

The space is used as a "living room and storage area?" Was it Honey Boo-Boo's house?"
