The mystery decorators who regularly decorate the stone cow statues at the entrance to the Maryland Department of Agriculture on Harry S Truman Parkway celebrated an apparently successful school year.
The two cows were recently decked out in graduation caps and gowns. One of them even graduated with honors from the National Honor Society.
The cows have been getting new costumes each season for nearly a decade—and the artists have remained anonymous.

I would like to see these statues as they were intended to be: unadorned.
