With Halloween falling on a Sunday this year, drivers on Harry S. Truman Parkway passed the Department of Agriculture all week and wondered when the mystery stylist would change the cows.

Tricia Smith, who has been watching the cow statues ever since her 4-year-old son pointed them out in September, worried that the mystery stylist was going to be a no-show.

"I thought I might have to go out there and do it myself," she laughed and added how much her family enjoys seeing the creative displays each month.

The cows are now ready for the harvest season, decked out as pilgrims and pumpkins.
