It's never too early to get ready for school.

Annapolis Area Christian School recently hosted Let's Play School Day to help younger students get a glimpse of what the school's pre-kindergarten is like. The school offers a three-day and five-day pre-k program, according to a release.

Pre-k teacher Anne Schmidt, along with staff members Caroline Stone and Heather Schulte, led the students in story time, craft time, playground time and a snack, according to the release. The class was held at Annapolis Christian's lower school.

The children created hand-painted pictures, organized belongings in their assigned cubbies and interacted with peers during recess.

For more information on the program, contact the admission office at 410-519-5300, ext.111.
