Lou Lou Boutique Coming To Annapolis

The fashion accessory store is slated for a March opening downtown.

Lou Lou Boutique, an upscale jewelry and accessory store, recently announced it will be the latest addition to downtown Annapolis.

Store officials signed a long-term lease for 179 Main St., the spot last occupied by Paradigm, according to a release.

The store is set for a March opening, said Paige Healey, Lou Lou spokeswoman. It will be the store’s 10th location.

“Economically speaking, with a solid portfolio of nine other locations and a proven track record, we’re sure that Lou Lou will be a seasoned veteran merchant and a stellar anchor to the Main Street fashion scene,” Lara Fritts, Annapolis Economic Development Corp. president and chief executive officer, said in a release.

A sign in the window indicated that the new store is currently hiring. The first Lou Lou opened in 2004 in Middleburg, VA, according to the release.

"We look forward to settling into our new location in Annapolis because every time we expand, it’s a new adventure and we think our accessories and jewelry will fit right into the iconic styles of Annapolis,” Healey said in a release.
