Walking past Sweet Hearts Patisserie this week, it was difficult to tell the specialty bakery had just opened.
Owner Kristen D'Angelo had the shelves filled with some of the petit fours and French macaroons that she said she is best known for. Still, she said there is more to come, much more.
She's remodeled the bakery in the Clock Tower Plaza and said she is anxious to introduce the area to everything she has to offer.
