On Tuesday afternoon and early evening high winds and heavy rainfall ripped through the Annapolis area.
The storm downed power lines and tree limbs across the area and forced Anne Arundel County Public Schools to cancel all after-school activities. Coastal flooding caused City Dock to start taking on water even before the rains hit.
