Walter Livramento of Annapolis faces charges of drug possession and theft.
Annapolis police said they charged a man with drug possession, but also arrested him on a theft charge after finding him with a stolen credit card.
Police said they executed a warrant on Monday for Walter Livramento, 49, of Annapolis, on charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. When officers arrested him, they found a credit card that did not belong to him. Police investigated, and learned that it had been taken from a car during an unreported theft on the unit block of Munroe Court.

My credit cards stolen from Toyota Corolla car's glove box while I was working out in Edgewater fitness gym on March 8th, 2013, between 10:45 am to 12:00 noon, on Mayo Road, Edgewater Md. And also over $250 cash from the valet. Credit cards were used in multiple stores in Hanover and surrounding places(Macy's, Best Buy and Target) charged over $2K in matter of an hour . I am glad to see one bad guy is in behind the bars and kudos to Annapolis City PD. I filed my case with A.A. county's PD.
