Restaurant Week Kicks Off Bigger than Ever
The fourth annual event in Annapolis has more than 40 restaurants participating with fixed-price meals for lunch, dinner and even breakfast all week long.

Annapolis Restaurant Week is in full swing.
The annual event presented by the Annapolis Business Association is in its fourth year. With 41 restaurants participating, it’s also the biggest the event has ever been, according to a release.
Participating establishments are offering two-course, price-fixed lunches for $15.95 and three-course, price-fixed dinners for $32.95.
And for the first time, breakfasts are being added to the mix. Two recently opened restaurants, the Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge and Miss Shirley’s Café, will be offering a two-course, price-fixed breakfast for $12.95, according to the release.
“Restaurant Week provides a welcome opportunity for area residents and visitors to treat themselves to the award-winning cuisine that Maryland’s capital city is famous for,” Erin Brunst McNaboe, event chairman, said in the release. “Annapolis Restaurant Week provides the perfect excuse for getting together with family and friends for a night out of the kitchen and on the town.”

Organizers suggested using the city’s free downtown circulator shuttle to reach the downtown restaurants.
MainStreets Annapolis Partnership and the city are providing parking vouchers for one day of free parking at the Knighton or Park Place garages in March, according to the release.
The restaurateurs also will hand out Plates and Perks cards to encourage shoppers to visit participating downtown shops for special offers in March. Participating merchants will display the card in their windows.
