Rollover Wreck Sends One to Hospital, Shuts Down Highway
The vehicle rolled over during the wreck, then caught fire on Sunday night, a fire official said.

One person sustained minor injuries in an automobile wreck on Aris T. Allen Boulevard at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday.
Anne Arundel County Fire Department spokesman Chief Michael Cox said the vehicle rolled over, then caught fire, but the driver was not trapped. The car had a single occupant, and no other vehicles were involved, Cox said.
The driver, who Cox said he could not provide a name for, was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
Emergency officials closed eastbound lanes on Aris T. Allen between Solomons Island Road and Forest Drive while the wreck was being cleared. Traffic was diverted onto Forest Drive. By 9:20 p.m. Sunday, all lanes had been reopened.
