Every day there is so much going on in Greater Annapolis and Patch is out there with cameras at the ready to help share just a slice of our local life. Check back each week for a photo gallery of local events, people and places.

As much as we hate to admit it, beautiful days with bright blue skies will soon be fading into distant memories. Because of that, we bring you some photos you can cherish come winter when you're bundled up and Hillsmere Beach isn't quite the place to be for man, woman, child or flock of seagulls. 

Now for one of the bright sides of fall and winter—we are very happy to report boots are now being worn around Greater Annapolis.  We found a very stylish visitor to Annapolis Towne Centre, sporting some amazing boots.

Because of that spotting, we just had to visit Poppy and Stella to find more great boots, plus lots of shoes and other accessories for women and kids.  

From there, we visited two other retailers at Annapolis Towne Centre—As Kindred Spirits and Urban Chic. We were informed by employees of Urban Chic they are closing that location at the end of September.
