Fundraiser To Benefit Spalding Football Coach
The Severna Park Chamber's new charities program will benefit the Mike Whittles Pancreatic Cancer Fund.
A new program by the the Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce to benefit charitable causes will kick off with a fundraiser Tuesday to benefit the Johns Hopkins Mike Whittles Pancreatic Cancer Fund.
Whittles, owner of SERVPRO of Annapolis and Severna Park, is also the football coach at Archbishop Spalding High School where he was inducted into the school's hall of fame earlier this month. Whittles is battling Stage IV pancreatic cancer.
The fundraiser in Whittles' honor will be held Tuesday at Ledo Pizza & Pasta at 8531 Veterans Highway in Millersville. The snow date is Feb. 7.
