Some people walking around downtown Annapolis on Fat Tuesday already had their Mardi Gras beads on, getting ready for one of the biggest party nights of the year.

Bars were ready to bring a little bit of New Orleans to the capital city. McGarvey's was all decked out and even temporarily changed their address to Bourbon Street in preparation for the party.

And by the way, the folks at City Dock Coffee said they didn't have any takers on their offer.
