Three New Businesses Coming to Annapolis Towne Centre
Three financial institutions have signed on to occupy 23,000 square feet.
The latest three companies slated to move into the Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole will be financial firms, according to City Biz Real Estate.
Financial institutions Wells Fargo, Hannon Armstrong and RBC recently signed leases to open branches in the Parole development. The branches will occupy 23,000 square feet of space, according to the story.
The last group of new tenants opened a few months ago and included restaurants Zoe's Kitchen and Jimmy John's Sandwich Shop. That group of businesses filled up a nearly 21,000-square-foot building.
What would you like to see move into the Towne Centre next?
