An Irish dance company overtook the space in front of JCPenny's on Saturday.

A group of Irish step dancers surprised patrons of the Westfield Annapolis Mall with a flash mob dance to Psy's "Gangnam Style" on Saturday.

The Columbia-based Teelin Irish Dance Company overtook the space in front of JCPenney's with about 40 dancers who combined traditional Irish step moves with the Korean pop star's now famous horse-riding move.

"Gangnam Style" has inspired dozens of spoof videos from across the globe, including one by the U.S. Naval Academy for its annual spirit video.

On Friday, Psy's original music video became the first video on YouTube to exceed 1 billion views, according to the Los Angeles Times.
