What's Closed on Presidents Day in Annapolis?

OPEN (or operating on a regular schedule)
- County trash and recycling curbside collection will occur on a normal schedule
- The city's recycling and refuse pickup will not be affected
- Libraries and regional parks are open
- Annapolis Transit will operate on a regular schedule
