As always the children got very creative with gingerbread this year. See a gingerbread recipe we have revised over the years free of top eight allergens and GF.
1 1/2 C Brown rice flour
1/2 C Buckwheat flour
1/3 C molasses
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 egg replacer substitute/I use EnerG
Combine all ingredients well, shape into balls and flatten or chill for an hour and roll out for gingerbread men. Cook at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
