Quiet Waters was a farm that was sold in 1987 to Anne Arundel County and opened as a park in 1990. Quiet Waters offers a host of activities for all interests with 6 miles of trails and 340 acres of gorgeous park land. Open seasonally, Paddle or Pedal offers hourly and daily rentals of kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, row boats, rowing shells and bicycles. There is a fee to enter the park (per vehicle) with discounts for the disabled.
