Combine a bit of this with a bit of that, toss in some pieces of something else, and you have the recipe for our biennial One-Act Play Festival, two evenings of theater that will stretch your theater horizon. Chaos breaks out at a Shakespeare Festival; a woman is visited by her dead cat; a drunken best man enlivens a wedding; pretentious, chattering critics are unmasked. Eight directors and eight casts will be presenting 8 plays (well, nine, but who's counting?). The plays that constitute Bits 'n Pieces will be presented in two slates, performed on alternating days Thursday through Sunday.

More About Colonial Players Theatre
Since 1949, the Colonial Players of Annapolis have been bringing a wide variety of dramatic productions to the area. Run entirely by volunteers, the Colonial Players offer productions including drama, musicals, experimental theater and children's shows. The Colonial Players' productions are open to the public, who are encouraged to audition. Stage crew volunteers are always needed.
