Parents and children alike will enjoy learning about the local environment with indoor and outdoor activities. See what critters live in our woodlands and creek. Share stories, songs, games and crafts. Ages 3 to 10. 11 am. This program is free with admission.

More About Chesapeake Children's Museum
Chesapeake Children's Museum is located in the former Youth Services Bureau building at the head of Spa Creek with more than five acres of city owned park land. Chesapeake Children's Museum strives to create an environment of discovery about oneself, the people, the technologies, and the ecology of the Chesapeake Bay area.
This museum has eight exhibits within the museum and five outdoor exhibits that range from visual to interactive installations. Youth, adult, Girl Scout and Cub Scout workshops are available as well as membership plans.
Groups of 10 or more must schedule an appointment to visit. Wednesdays at the museum are reserved for groups only. The museum can also come to your youth group, school, birthday party or community event. Call for details.
