In collaboration with Towson University Opera, we continue our tradition of offering an opera specially geared for children. Seymour Barab's Little Red Riding Hood is a delightful adaptation of the fairy tale classic, in which the scary wolf is transformed into a comic character and important lessons about life are learned.
On Thursday January 31, 2013 we will be offering two performances exclusively for school groups. We welcome all public, private and homeschool groups to attend. Please contact admin@annapolisopera.org for further information.
On Saturday February 2, 2013 at 10:30am we will open the performance to the public. Tickets will be available online and through the Maryland Hall Box Office 410-280-5640. Please join us for this popular family event!

Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts is an arts center that provides the Annapolis community with education in visual and performance arts. The center offers classes for all ages in art, dance, drama, photography, yoga and Pilates. In addition, the center also puts on exhibitions and performances throughout the year that are open to the public. The center's gallery is also open to the public and features all types of art exhibits.
