This festival is in celebration of Cecil's 87th Founders Day and is a FREE event open to the public. We expect 200+ in attendance and will offer vendors (food and merchandise), live entertainment, children’s
activities, free gift for the 1st 200 adults, raffles, door prizes, information about non-profit groups, “Parole Idol” Talent Competition, and much more.

More About Mills-Parole Elementary School
Home to the Dolphins, Mills-Parole is a public elementary school in Anne Arundel County. The school, located just off of West Street on Chinquapin Round Road, has a population of about 500 students, ranging from pre-kindergarten to fifth grade. Alfreda Adams serves as the school's principal and Geoffrey Casey is the assistant principal. Originally known as Parole Elementary, the school's named changed in the 1994 to honor the late Walter S. Mills, who served as an educator and principal for about 40 years. Mills-Parole Elementary is a Title 1 school.
