Local school auction event promises to be sweet and possibly have a bidding war.

Why Go: This decadent evening will benefit the Rolling Knolls Elementary Parent Teacher Organization. Promising to be a tasty good time with a Chocolate Confection tasting, Cash Bar and Silent Auction all for a good cause. Auction items include fine jewelry from Zachary's Jewelers, Ram's Head, personal training sessions and more.

Pricing: $20 for single, $30 per couple. This is an adult-only event.

Where/When: Knights of Columbus Hall, 2590 Solomons Island Rd, Annapolis, 7 p.m. Saturday.

Why Go: Enjoy the entertainment of performers Kevin Lee and Jared Stern at this benefit for the All Children's Chorus of Annapolis.

Pricing: $40 per person/$75 per couple/$280 per table of 8 (For ages 16+)

Where/When: Camp Letts in nearby Edgewater-Davidsonville Patch, 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Why Go: Summer vacation is not that far away making now a good time to start exploring some options for camp. The YMCA Camp Letts is the oldest organized resident camp in the Washington Metro area featuring hiking, horseback riding, sailing and more. Camp staff will be available to help you decide if your child is ready for the camp experience.

Why Go: Singles who are tired of the Valentine's Day hype for couples will appreciate having an evening targeted for having a good time with friends in a relaxed environment. Who knows, you may meet your next love at this party.

Pricing: No cover charge, Drink Specials: $6 domestic pitchers, $9 Fordham pitchers, and $5 bombs.
