The tour features ten unique Eastport homes and gardens between Boucher Avenue and Spa Creek, an area described as "the best kept secret in Annapolis." Several homes have been nationally featured in HGTV, and Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens and Dwell magazines. All within easy walking distance with locations on Moss Haven Court, Quarter Landing Road, Miami Avenue, Wells Landing and Boucher Avenue.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.eastportcivic.org. Tickets are also available at AhhCoffee!!, BB&T on Sixth Street, Coldwell Banker on Church Circle, Eastport Deli, K&B True Value, Leeward Market and Windwood Gardens. Tickets are $25.
Proceeds from this event go to support Eastport Civic Association's programs, such as Greenscape and Eastport Girls Club.
Concurrent with the tour, Sarles Marina is hosting the "Home and Garden Tour Festival" on June 10 from 1:00-5:00 pm. The festival features 25+ local artisans and businesses. The festival is free for ticket holders and will be held at 808 Boucher Avenue.
Tour programs and pre-paid tickets can be picked up at the tour headquarters on the corner of President Street and Moss Haven Court. Walking shoes are recommended. The tour will take place rain or shine.
