The owners at Factors Row are polishing up the renovated building on Market Space downtown for a grand opening later this month.
The restaurant's menu, which took months to finalize, was recently posted on the Factors Row Facebook page.
The menu features entrées such as sautéed Chesapeake Bay crab cakes, grilled red drum, pan-seared Atlantic swordfish, and a variety of locally grown produce.
The restaurant's assistant general manager Mike Conroy said the opening date was still a moving target, but they hoped to finally open the doors during the week of May 27.
Factors Row is located at 26 Market Space in downtown Annapolis, at the former location of Riordan's Saloon and Restaurant.
