Opening of Annapolis Tasti D-Lite Uncertain

The frozen dessert shop had planned a late September opening on West Street.

The owners of a new frozen dessert shop called Tasti-D-Lite have postponed the store's opening indefinitely.

"Unfortunately the store has been put on hold by the owner," said Mary Templin, who was slated to be the store's manager.

The store was intially scheduled to open at 40 West St. by the third week of September.

Templin managed the Tasti D-Lite in Severna Park for Ben Pascal—who owns the new Annapolis location. The Severna Park location opened in May 2011, but it closed its doors about a year later.

Templin didn't say when the West Street store would open.

Were you looking forward to Tasti D-Lite's opening?

"Oh, I threw away alot of $ here, now I'll throw away some more of Pops $ here!" said Ben. p.s. opening an ice cream parlor in Sept. is as stupid as doing business w/TDL
