Santa Claus arrived at 10 a.m. Saturday at , heralded by a performance of scenes from The Nutcracker courtesy of the Ballet Theatre of Maryland.

He'll be in the court area outside of and available for photos from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays until Christmas Eve.
JoJo's Cupcakes and Cream, which has a kiosk in the mall, in addition to its two locations on the Eastern Shore in Queenstown and Easton. The shop provided free mini-cupcakes to the first 100 children in line to see Santa.
