Being grounded helps us to deal with life in a more stable and balanced manner, which is increasingly necessary in response to living in our rapidly changing world. Join us as we learn how to be more grounded, present and awake in each moment!

- What grounding is and how to tell when we are grounded and ungrounded
- Ways to ground ourselves in any situation or location
- Holistic Tools including energetic exercises, meditation, shamanic journeywork, crystals, & essential oils.
