Electronics, Credit Cards Stolen From Vehicle on Chesapeake Avenue

Police said several items were taken from an unlocked vehicle.

Annapolis Police are seeking information on a theft from a vehicle that occurred sometime over Wednesday night.

Between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, an unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle on the 800 block of Chesapeake Avenue, and stole an iPhone, a MacBook Pro, an iPhone speaker dock, credit cards and loose change.

Police said there has been a general increase in the number of such thefts in the Annapolis area, and this is the latest in a recent outbreak.

"Remind your friends and neighbors, DON’T leave items in your vehicle and DON’T leave your vehicle unlocked," police said.
