A man asleep in his vehicle while it was parked at the Maryland Live Casino was reportedly robbed by three men suspected of tampering with vehicles in the valet parking lot Saturday.

Anne Arundel County Police officers searching for the suspects came across a 46-year-old Pasadena man who told police he was sleeping in his vehicle in the parking lot when he was accosted by three black men. One of the suspects reportedly took his wallet containing an unknown amount of cash. All three suspects then fled toward the movie theaters.

Officers found one of the suspects walking through the parking lot near the movie theater. With the help of casino security, officers confirmed through video surveillance that the suspect was involved in the robbery.

Patrol officers searched the area for the other suspects and identified a second suspect as Orlando James Lawson Jr. However, officers were unable to locate Lawson or a third suspect.

Steven James White, 24, 2903 Carlton Ave NE in Washington, D.C., is charged with robbery, second-degree assault and theft. He is also wanted for possession of marijuana from a Prince George’s County warrant.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Lawson, 22, of 2403 30th St NE in Washington, D.C., on charges of robbery, second-degree assault and theft.

A third suspect has been described as a black man with a medium complexion, and dreadlocks.

This is why I have given up on Arundel Mills. Criminals and delinquents have taken over. Shop or gamble at your own risk :-(
