The deadline to register to vote in November's election is Tuesday at 9 p.m.
Marylanders still looking to register or update their registration information can do so in person, online or by mail.
Federal law requires that people registering to vote provide a Maryland driver’s license number, a MVA identification card number or the last four digits of a social security number. If you have none of these items, you must "affirm, under penalty of perjury, that you do not have" any of them, according to the state Board of Elections website.
Here's how to register in Anne Arundel County:
1. In person
County residents can go to Anne Arundel County's Board of Elections, located on the second floor of 7320 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, to register in person. On Tuesday, the board has extended its hours, and will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
2. Online
Gov. Martin O'Malley announced in August that Marylanders could register online using their driver's licenses or state-issued IDs. Voters can register using the online system until 9 p.m.

Patch previously encouraged people to register last month on National Voter Registration Day. Note you are not considered a registered voter until you receive your Voter Notification Card, according to the Maryland Board of Elections website.
Any registered voter (who is qualified for that election) can vote during early voting, which will take place Oct. 27 to Nov. 1.
