As we gear up for the Holidays, this time can become very stressful for some with parties and celebrations involving foods. I have stepped away from this blog for a number of months due to illness in my family which not only involves a change in diet, but can involve terrible pain on a daily basis.
Both my husband and son are going through treament for Lyme disease and other co infections. Yet another world I have jumped into with both feet and learned so much! As we are already GF/DF and free of many other food allergens, I have learned the importance of cooking without the high sugar for those in the Lyme world.
Over the next few weeks leading to into the Holidays I will challenge myself to post some great healthy desserts, but would like your help! Lets share some great recipes here.
