Annapolis Senior Activity Center volunteers were honored with Governer's Citations on Wednesday as a part of the celebration of 25 years of service to the senior citizens of Annapolis.
Mary Ellen Issac, a very special volunteer was recognized. Issac has been vounteering at the Senior Activity Center for all of the 25 years. At 90 years old, Issac doesn't plan to stop vounteering anytime soon.
