Great place to take dance fitness as an alternative to your cardio workout! Check out GROUP GROOVE! Wednesdays 8:30am (seasonal), Thursdays 6:30PM and Saturdays 10AM. The instructors are energetic, fun and really keep you moving. It is one of the cleanest clubs I have ever been a member with - the staff really gets to know you personally and independently to meet your fitness needs. Check them out!
