Great store, but their Stihl service department is another story. Plan on bringing your chainsaw or weed trimmer back at least 3 times before they get it right! Frustrating is an understatement! Maybe go elsewhere for service. I wonder if they ever thought of trying out the machine after the "repair" to see if it actually is fixed before you come to get it only to bring it back again... Ugh. Rest of the store is top notch!
