After meeting with several Property Management companies, the choice was clear that Chase Property Management (CPM) was the answer to all of my needs. Being a Commercial Property Manager, and having a Real Estate license myself, I am a very tough critic of other real estate professionals. My homes in the Piney Orchard community have been in great hands since I turned them over to Darlene and her team. CPM has found steady and reliable tenants for all of my properties, and did so faster than I could have imagined. If something ever needs to be repaired in one of my homes, CPM makes sure it is fixed promptly to keep my tenants happy, but also makes sure the costs are as reasonable as possible to help me as the owner. I receive my rent payments timely every month and am always provided a detailed monthly statement. Being a busy business person myself, I especially appreciate how Web friendly/technology advanced CPM is. Through their online owner portal, I am able to have access to everything going on with my properties at any time. CPM is honest, responsive and professional and is the only property management company I will ever trust my homes with again!
