CrossFit Old Bay is an 8,100-square-foot fitness facility that offers group physical fitness classes that follow the CrossFit method. Workouts at CrossFit Old Bay are short, and combine gymnastics, weightlifting, calisthenics, kettle bell training, running, rowing, jumping, tire flipping and more. Sessions last less than an hour and are held throughout the day. Classes are for individuals at all different fitness levels, with the workouts scaled to each person's ability. The introductory one-on-one first class is free.
