Parking charges are greatly inflated. I parked there september 23, 2012 at 7:45pm and left at 10:00 pm. I was charged $9.00----on a Sunday NIGHT! I will not be parking there again. I will also report this incident to Rams Head. This will limit my visits to their concerts.

The Gotts Court Parking Garage is operated by Towne Park in the heart of the business district of Annapolis and serves government business visitors on Calvert Street and the nearby businesses and restaurants. Charge should have been $2 for my 1 1/2 hour stay. The attendant charged me $5. I paid in cash. I asked for a receipt and was given a blank receipt.
we often park in this garage. their clocks on the incoming are different -- they short you five minutes every hour. isn't this fraud. we have reported this and they think it is ok to overcharge.
Even though this site and the sign at Gotts Court Parking Garage states 2 hr free parking with a local business validated ticket they still charge you more. According to the attendant, one validation stamp is worth only $1.5o and you will have to make up the difference. So get as many as you can and try to get the 2hr free parking. Good Luck.

i only park here when I go to Rams Head, and if I were Rams Head,I would have a little sit-down with these people. They are not clear (deliberately?) about paying BEFORE you leave, so you pay more. Last night we parked there, when the machine would not take one of my visa cards (same thing happened last time; yes, funds are there) they used a second card (always works for some reason), today the bank says $11 came out, even though it should have been $5. What a scam.
