My fiance got my engagement ring from Jeff. He was quoted one price, and when the ring was finished, Jeff charged him an additional $2000 over the agreed-upon price for my 2+ carat platinum ring.
We later realized that the ring was actually white gold, not platinum, as my husband had paid for. Jeff re-made the ring, but it took over a month to correct the issue. Upon taking it to a local jeweler to get appraised after finally getting the ring back, the jeweler found two chips in the center stone. Jeff tried to blame me for the chips, even though one was underneath one of the prongs, so it was obviously already chipped when the prong was put on. Jeff refused to admit that he gave me a chipped diamond, so I had to file an insurance claim. When I asked him to pay for the amount of the insurance deductible, he stopped responding to my emails.
This guy is a FRAUD. His business is a SCAM. He scammed my fiance out of an additional $2000 for the ring, gave him a gold ring when he ordered platinum, and gave us a chipped diamond. Do not trust him!!
