1 star because they are there. I mean folks have to go somewhere, right?
They are missing 4 of the stars because they don't answer their phone most of the time, and there seems to be a big disconnect between the service writer, whoever might answer the phone sometimes, and the garage.
I'm lucky to not be dead right now after they sent me out without tightening my lug nuts properly.
I kept checking but could not find the source of the noise. Eventually, I decided to see if it would level out and go away if I went faster before leaving on a major trip the next day. It did not level out or go away and I can only thank God that the wheel didn't break off at that time because I was on a striped, but non-divided highway when I tried this.
When the nopise got REALLY bad, I did find that two studs had broke off and the remaining ones had wollered out the rims' holes and their load-bearing portion had worn away. They replaced the rim and studs free of charge.
