The Key School

Founded in 1958, the Key School is a coed private school located on Hillsmere Drive in Annapolis. It is the largest nonsectarian independent school in Anne Arundel County. Key has small class sizes, with an average of 16 to 18 students. The school teaches children in pre-K through grade 12 and features a strong academic curriculum. Students may take French in grades 1 to 12, Spanish in grades 7 to 12, and Latin in grades 9 to 12. The school has an outdoor and environmental education program.
