I went into the Value Nails and was waiting to be helped. When they didn't address me and addressed others I spoke up. The technician said " we already know you want eye brows we don't have time for that". I thought that was so rude they would let me sit there without addressing a customer and assume that I wanted my eyebrows done and not tell me there would be a wait. I will never go there again!
